The recent stunning election results in Kentucky and Virginia show that there is an unstoppable momentum for our cause and that we have the wind at our backs. Now, let’s replicate this success here in Oregon! The national road map to protecting abortion access and reproductive health leads right through Oregon’s 2020 state and local elections, and we have to get ready now with so much on the line.
Please join us at Planned Parenthood PAC of Oregon’s first-ever holiday wine party, Flights for Your Rights! The corks will be popping from 6:30-9pm Tuesday, December 3rd at Southeast Wine Collective in Portland.
The stakes for reproductive health care have never been higher, but voters are making their voices heard loud and clear that when politicians fail to stand up for our rights — including abortion access — we will take that fight straight to the ballot box. We’re confident we will carry this energy into more victories for reproductive health champions in 2020 and beyond.
At this festive gathering, we will be joined by Oregon winemakers celebrating the end of harvest season and pouring locally crafted red and white varietals. Confirmed wineries include Belle Pente, Day Wines, Division Wine Co., Eyrie, Fossil and Fawn, Goodfellow Family Wine, Kelley Fox Wines, RR Wines and Vincent Wine Company. We’ll also have wine for sale and light refreshments generously donated by Sisters Gourmet Deli. Proceeds will support Planned Parenthood PAC of Oregon so we can help elect reproductive health champions in the 2020 election.
Since 2012, the Southeast Wine Collective has offered an authentic wine experience within metro Portland in the vibrant Division-Clinton neighborhood. It was founded as a unique multifaceted urban winery that was designed to bring together like-minded winemakers that are sustainably growing their businesses by establishing a venue for commercial custom crush wine production. We are so appreciative of this partnership with this amazing local business!
